Easy Car Rental recognizes and appreciates the importance of the responsible use of personal data collected on this website. We are committed to handling your personal information with care, taking all necessary steps to keep it secure and ensuring it is used only for our legitimate business purposes.

Reservation & Confirmation

• Voucher Delivery: Once your reservation is confirmed via this booking engine, Easy Car Rental will send you an email with your confirmed reservation voucher within 24 hours. This ensures you have all necessary information prior to your arrival at Agadir Airport.

• Contact Policy: We use your email address exclusively for sending your voucher. Your phone number will only be used to contact you regarding specific questions or updates about your reservation.

• Alterations: To modify your booking, you must contact Easy Car Rental via email with the precise details of the change. Please note that alterations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• System Integrity: By using this system, you agree not to make speculative or false reservations, nor use the system to research our pricing for commercial purposes. The name Easy Car Rental may not be used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Booking Cancellation

• 48-Hour Rule: Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.

• Late Cancellations: If a booking is made less than 48 hours before the pickup date, any prepayment made is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Requirements for Customers

• Passenger Capacity: All children (regardless of age) are counted as passengers. The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s legal seating capacity. If exceeded, the driver reserves the right to refuse service.

• Contactability: Customers must provide a correct mobile phone number and be reachable at the time of arrival.

• Conduct: Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. In case of violation, the driver has the right to stop the vehicle and terminate the service.

Pick-up and Drop-off

• Flight Information: For Agadir Airport pick-ups, providing the correct flight number and arrival time is essential. Please provide this at the time of booking or at least 2 days prior to departure via email or phone.

• Meeting Point: Your driver will wait for you at the designated pick-up location holding a sign clearly displaying your last name.

Privacy Statement

We collect only the essential information required to fulfill our service obligations. Customers are informed about data collection and have the option to decide how their information is used, including opting out of marketing lists. All data is strictly guarded and accessible only to employees necessary for the completion of the task.

Complaints & Support

• Reporting: All complaints or issues must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the drop-off date. Easy Car Rental cannot process claims made after this period.

• Included Services: Our prices include customer support, an additional driver, and a child seat upon request.

Rental Policies

• Legal Age: The driver must be at least 21 years old.

• Required Documents: A valid driving license and passport must be presented at the time of rental.

• Accidents & Theft: In case of damage or theft, you must immediately notify Easy Car Rental and the Police. You must remain at the scene until the police arrive, unless medical assistance is required.

• Geographic Limits: Vehicles are strictly for use within Morocco. Border crossing is not allowed.

• Deposit: No deposit is required.

• Cleanliness: An extremely dirty interior upon return will result in additional cleaning charges.

• Fines: All parking and traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the client’s responsibility.

• Keys & Docs: Loss of vehicle keys or documentation will result in a charge of 500 EUR.
